The Bin Ali Al-Amoudy Trust has dedicated the Educational Inspector Office Al Islam to serve education with sincerity and responsibility. The office was established to support madrasas, strengthen educational standards, and ensure students receive the best Islamic education possible.

Through this office, madrasa committees and donors receive proper follow-up and clear evaluation of their institutes. We monitor academic progress, teaching quality, examinations, and overall educational performance with a structured system.

Our goal is to ensure that every teacher gives their best, every student receives proper guidance, and every institute continues to improve with accountability and consistency.

The Educational Inspector Office Al Islam stands to support, guide, and improve Islamic education for the benefit of present and future generations.

Our Teachers

The Mufattish Office has brought together experienced teachers with a strong record in real classrooms. Our team serves in more than 20 institutes across Mombasa, Malindi, Lamu, and other parts of Kenya. They understand daily school challenges. They work across different levels and systems. They focus on practical results, not theory. We bring this collective experience into every school we support. We inspect with clarity. We guide with purpose. We improve with consistency.

Exam settings

Our office manages full exam operations with structure and precision. We set examinations for Rabiul Awwal and Shaaban at a central level. Our team prepares and reviews all papers to ensure quality, balance, and fairness. We handle large-scale printing with efficiency. For over 800 students across 13 madrasas, we produce close to 9,000 exam papers with accuracy and consistency. All examinations are coordinated from our office and administered across the country under a uniform timetable. This ensures standardization, fairness, and equal assessment conditions for every student. We maintain control at every stage. From setting to printing to distribution, every step follows a clear system. This is how we deliver reliable and credible examination services.

Madrasa studies following up

All students who sit for the examinations are recorded and tracked through our office of the general educational inspector for special Islamic schools. We maintain a structured digital system that captures performance data for all 800 students. We monitor results, identify patterns, and detect learning gaps early. This allows us to follow up with each madrasa and provide targeted support where needed. Our system gives a clear view of both challenges and progress. It helps schools make informed decisions and maintain steady academic improvement.

Book Writing by Mufattish Ustadh Ali Alhaidary

The Mufattish Office is committed to strengthening education through writing, research, and practical teaching resources. Several books have been prepared to support teachers, students, schools, and the wider community. 1. "Mti wa Dini, Zawadi kwa Walioingia katika Dini" A Kiswahili book prepared for early converts to Islam. It introduces basic Islamic teachings in a clear and simple way to help new Muslims build a strong foundation in faith and practice. 2. "روض النماء نهج دراسات مدرسة الغناء" An Arabic book developed as a syllabus guide for the Al Ghannai curriculum of Mabrui by the late Sheikh Muhammad Albeidh. The book guides teachers on curriculum delivery, teaching methods, lesson planning, and implementation. It also serves as a model for developing syllabi for other curricula. 3. "Maarifa Muhimu kwa Walimu" A Kiswahili book designed to provide teachers with educational knowledge and professional teaching skills. It covers important principles and practices that support teachers in becoming effective and professional educators. 4. "تعليم الأطفال في تفاوت الجنس النساء والرجال" An Arabic book prepared to help students understand human development and related educational topics in a structured learning context. These projects reflect our commitment to improving education through knowledge and practical resources. At present, we face challenges in securing support for publishing and printing these books for wider community benefit. We hope to partner with donors and supporters who share the vision of strengthening education and making these resources available to more learners, teachers, and institutions.
